HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE 1979-1983: HONOURABLE MICHAEL ASHIKEDI AGBAMUCHE



Honourable Michael Agbamuche was born on the 16th August 1920 at Akwukwu Igbo, in the Oshimili Local Government Authourity in Bendel State.He attended St Johns C.M.S School, Akwukwu Igbo from 1930-1936 and Jos Government School, Plateau State from 1937-1940. 


He moved unto the North Western Polythecnic in London and graduated LL.B Hons at the Kings College, University of London in 1956.

The Honourable member passed his bar final exams and was called to the Bar by the Honourable society of the Middle Temple. The Honourable is a Barrister-at-law and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court.

Honourable Agbamuche was a Principal State Councel in Bendel State Ministry of Justice from the 1st December 1966 to May 1968. He went into private legal practice in Kano from 1958-1966 and moved to Lagos in 1968 to set up another private legal practice which is still in operation.

Hon Agabmuche was a Councillor in the Oshimili Local Government Area, 1977-1979. A Christia by faith, 

Honourable Agbamuche has two wives, Mercy and Love, and has several children.
He is a member of the National Peoples Party and represents Oshimili Federal Constituency in the House of Representative
