Tunji Braithwaite and Fela Anikulapo Kuti 1977. Landmark case against Obasanjo's... military junta of the "unknown soldier" who stormed fela's home and burnt it down. Braithwaite and Fela teamed up to challenge the military regime, taking their case all the way to the Supreme Court. Despite the supreme court's failure to uphold the case against the junta, thereafter this case is credited for changing the laws in the Constitution concerning fundamental human rights.
