OBI OF ONITSHA WAITING FOR ARRIVAL OF QUEEN ELIZABETH 1956

09 Feb 1956, Enugu, Nigeria --- James Okosi II (center), Obi of Onitsha, Nigeria, is surrounded by attendants as he awaits the arrival of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II before her visit to the House of Assembly at Enugu February 8th. Accompanied by her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Queen visited Enugu's leper colony February 9th.
