Onitsha, Nigeria, is surrounded by attendants as he awaits the arrival
of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II before her visit to the House of
Assembly at Enugu February 8th. Accompanied by her husband, the Duke of
Edinburgh, the Queen visited Enugu's leper colony February 9th. In humid
jungle heat, she walked nearly a mile in the colony that is populated
