Matthew Ashimolowo: NETWORTH $6-10 million.

Born in Zaria in 1952, Pastor Ashimolowo memoir is a mind bloing story about struggle, neglect, spiritual healing and self developement.

He was just 15 years old when he lost his father, a former Nigerian soldier who allegedly died during the Biafra war in July 1967.

Pastor Ashimolowo converted to Christianity from Islam at the age of 22 after the death of his father before enrolling with a Bible school.

Forbes estimated Ashimolowo's net worth is at between $6-10 million. KICC annual accounts confirmed that he earns an annual salary of £100,000, but the majority of his wealth comes from the sale of Christian literature and documentaries from his media company, Matthew Ashimolowo media. This is consistent with the fact that Ashimolowo subscribes to and teaches success in the vein of Prosperity theology, which in most respects is considered controversial.

Pastor Matthew’s middle name is Abiodun, He was born in an army training depot and lived in barracks for 18 years. His ministry started in 1974 when he went to Foursquare Bible School. Mrs Rose Belobaba, the wife of his former teacher Mitchell Belobaba says Pastor Matthew is remembered for “not only stately, immaculate appearance...but his diligence as a student. His handwriting was as neat as his grooming. His unique desire to learn and his hunger for the Word of God challenged me more than once...He loved the Lord and wanted more than anything else to please Him...He was always steady. Even during difficult times for him, his faith in the Lord to provide, was simple quiet trust.”
