3RD MAINLAND BRIDGE 1982

A fisherman throws his net beneath the unfinished 3rd mainland bridge. Originally planned to connect the island of Lagos with the mainland, the bridge was abandoned due to lack of funds 1982 but later restarted and completed by Gen Ibrahim Babagida.
